You may reach out to our Sales Team via email or WhatsApp if you wish to amend your order after checkout. Please note that amendments can only be processed if the request is made at least one (1) working day before your selected delivery date.
Orders placed via third-party marketplaces are strictly not eligible for amendments after checkout.
Kindly be advised that any approved changes to your order will follow the updated product lead time and availability at the time the amendment request is made.
For orders placed under Select Your Day Delivery, amendment requests must also be submitted at least one (1) working day in advance of the scheduled delivery date.
If the order is set to Flatpack Delivery, delivery address changes are not guaranteed. Any request to change the delivery address after an order has been placed will be handled on a best-effort basis, as it depends on the delivery stage and routing constraints at the time of the request.
