Flat-pack delivery means we send you the desk in sealed packages to your homes for you to assemble yourself DIY style! This method of shipping reduces your lead time by up to 75% and also shipping costs. This allows us to keep prices low and pass on the savings over to our customers.




Doorstep Delivery

Lead Time: 1-5 working days*

* Lead time may be extended during promotional period due to popular demand.
* Lead time is only applicable to items that are currently in-stock.
* Lead time stated for Backordered or Preordered items may be extended due to unexpected shipping conditions.

Scheduled Delivery

Lead Time: (2 - 5 Working Days For In-Stock items)*

Scheduled Delivery + Installation
Lead Time: (5 - 8 Working Days For In-Stock items)*

* Lead time is fully dependent on time-slot availability of logistics team and number of orders per day.
* "Working Days" is defined as Monday to Saturday. Our team does not work on Sundays and Public Holidays.
* Lead time stated for Backordered or Preordered items may be extended due to unexpected shipping conditions.

  1. Logistics team will be contacting you via phone to schedule a suitable delivery date. (Mon-Sat, 2pm - 8pm. excluding Public Holidays).
  2. No-lift access charge $10 per table per floor.
  3. A re-delivery cost of $50 per attempt will be charged to customers if the first delivery fails. 
  4. If assembly is not selected, the desk will be delivered flat-pack. Please email us at least 2 working days in advance to add assembly.
  5. Should you require on-site assembly after delivery, the charges will be as follow; $35 Transport and $80 On-site installation per desk.
    Installation will not be on the SAME day if requested after delivery has been done. 

Do kindly note that accessories (Speakers mount, PC Mount, Mounted Power bar and Keep - Desk Drawer) do not come with pre-drilled holes. Should you not own or have a drill, on-site assembly is highly recommended.

When purchasing a desk, the following accessories are eligible for on-site installation:

  1. Power Management - Empower Powerbar & Power Clamp
  2. Cable Management Solution - Advance Cable Management Bar
  3. Monitor Mounting Solutions - Arc Stealth Single, Dual & Laptop Mount
  4. Desk Mounting Solutions - PC Mount, Keep/Keep Lite & Castors

Important Notes:
Our tabletops do not come with pre-drilled holes for the following accessories:
PC Mount, Empower Powerbar, Keep / Keep Lite Desk Drawer.

On-site assembly is highly recommended if you do not have an electric drill.
Installation does not include mounting of monitors onto the Arc Stealth Single/Dual & Laptop Mount.
Installation does not include mounting of the PC onto the PC Mount.

Items NOT Included in Assembly

Installation of third-party accessories or products not purchased from Omnidesk.
Electrical wiring modifications or wall drilling.
Dismantling or relocation of existing furniture.
