Lead time: 1–5 working days

Delivery Days: Mondays – Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays)

For Flat Pack Delivery orders, delivery will be arranged within 1–5 working days from the purchase date (subject to stock availability).

Delivery Timing: 2pm – 8pm

You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message within 2–4 working days after your purchase date to schedule your delivery date and time, if your order consists of ready stock items.

If your order contains backordered or pre-ordered items, our team will only contact you once the item is back in stock.

Can I choose my delivery date and time?

At the point of purchase, you will not be able to select your delivery date.

Once your order is ready for delivery, our logistics team will contact you via SMS or WhatsApp to schedule your delivery. If the proposed date is not suitable, you may suggest an alternative date and they will assist with rescheduling.
