Our Birthday Reward is a special gift we give members every year to celebrate their special day! Simply add your day and month of birth to your member profile, and we’ll automatically credit your account with reward currency—up to 24 hours before your birthday, based on the date you’ve entered.
The exact reward amount is determined by our current program settings, which you can view in your rewards dashboard or program details. You’ll receive it once every 12 months as long as you remain a member. You can update your birthday if entered incorrectly, but the reward can only be earned once per year to ensure fairness for all members.
